About

Crisisworks is a suite of cloud based tools for emergency managers - in control, in the field or in the community.

Crisisworks is easy to use and scalable to emergencies of any size, it can be used to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and can be accessed from any web enabled device including mobile.

The following 15 minute video contains a brief overview of the system.

Incident Coordination

Crisisworks Incident Coordination can be used to control and coordinate the response phase in an operations centre or EOC.  It combines incident request  and activity tracking with agency logs, workspaces, geographical mapping, strong security and workflow, resource cost tracking and recovery database in a single web based system.  Crisisworks provides situational awareness and a common operating picture with its key strength is in its ease of use, which is especially important when combining a volunteer workforce with a high-pressure situation. It also generates a complete record of the incident and the EOC's response to an incident.

Crisisworks allows for direct agency involvement, and being cloud-based, allows for remote operation and resource sharing between agencies, along with easy and secure information sharing.  And should your facilities come under threat, there is no equipment to protect, as the data is safe and secure away from the incident.

Impact Assessment

Crisisworks information and intelligence tools enable real-time reporting on impacts and damages via mobile devices. These tools enable field workers to make rapid Impact Assessments, quickly generate reports and share data on impacts on property and infrastructure, economic, environmental and social.

Recovery

Crisisworks Post Impact and Recovery enables tracking of affected people and property, impact and hazards assessment, manage agency referral, caseworker assignment and detailed reporting of both persons and cases.  Crisisworks enables data capture at emergency relief centres.
